Dear Butterfly Table Recipient, Thank you for your recent order! Your Butterfly table is on the way to your local delivery terminal. You need to contact the freight company to arrange a delivery time. Prior to doing so, please note – 1. Most freight companies require a four-hour window delivery time and you need to be present to receive and inspect the delivery. 2. Should you not be available during the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for re-delivery and/or storage fees charged by the freight company. 3. Your table is being delivered with Standard Curbside Delivery (placement of table on ground, sidewalk, or curb). 4. The freight company will not assist in transporting the table inside the house, up or down steps or help in assembling the table without prior arrangement. 5. Such services can be provided by the freight company and you can make those arrangements directly with the freight company prior to delivery.
